ELIGIBILITY



For a person to become a Franchisee s/he should;
  • Be a citizen of India and minimum 18 years of age
  • Have cleared atleast 12th standard or equivalent examination from a government recognized institution
  • Have minimum 2-3 years of experience as a sub broker/ remisier/ mutual fund distributor/ insurance advisor/ financial planner
  • Have a clean track record and good reputation
  • Have the capacity to invest in setting up his own office and meet our infrastructure criteria
  • Be able to provide details about his background with few references
  • Be registered with SEBI/ Exchange for Sub-Brokership/ AP
  • Have NCFM/ NISM Certification.
For a person who cannot invest yet wants to set up their own business, s/he can be a Remisier if he meets the following criteria:
  • He should be a citizen of India and minimum 18 years of age
  • He should have cleared atleast 12th standard or equivalent examination from a government recognized institution
  • He should have minimum 2-3 years of experience as a sub broker/ remisier/ mutual fund distributor/ insurance advisor/ financial planner
  • He should have a clean track record and good reputation
  • He should be able to provide details about his background with few references
  • He should be registered with SEBI/ Exchange for Sub-Brokership/ AP
  • He should have NCFM/ NISM Certification.

Agent means any person not being a member of a Stock Exchange who acts on behalf of a member-broker as an agent or otherwise for market access & assisting the investors in buying, selling or dealing in securities through such member-brokers. An individual who wants to add to his income can be an Agent of Eureka; provided

  • He is self employed as a CA, ICFA, Financial Advisor, Mutual Fund Agent, Insurance Agent of the like
  • He has minimum 1-2 years of experience in selling financial services
  • He has a clean track record and good reputation
  • He is able to provide details about his background with few references

INFRASTRUCTURE



For becoming a Franchisee, you need to invest in the below mentioned infrastructure requirements:

  • Minimum Office Space of 250 sq. ft.
  • Two Computer- one for Trading and one for back office.
  • Two Internet Connection from different ISP
  • Telephone, Printer, Scanner, Television.
  • Power Back Up

PARTNER FAQs


A Franchisee will have to invest in his own office space.
A Remisier will share our own office space and handle his clients.
An Agent will get us the clients whose account will be looked after by our in-house dealers/brokers.

Your earning potential is directly correlated with your ability and efforts. As the capital market has its own working mechanism, we cannot ASSURE you anything. Nonetheless, we will put in our best efforts to ENSURE that you can maximize your earning potential

From past track records, we have seen an operational break even in approximately 6 months for our Franchisee

We believe that Partners should have their own identity as well. Partners can market and represent themselves through Eureka Signage, Letterheads, Visiting cards, Products Brochures, Flyers, Banners, Standees and other marketing materials.

Yes. All research reports are uploaded on My Eureka account of Partners and clients. Partners have all the assistance they need from us. Partners can contact us whenever they have any query.

Partners get a gamut of products and services to offer to its client, along with decades old Brand Name. Hence they can leverage on ‘Eureka’ brand and become successful almost immediately. All the services and back-end technology that Eureka has developed in its 22 years of existence will be available to its Partners

Being a sub-broker is not a necessary criterion to Partner with us. We look at the ability, motivation, experience in financial markets, a clean past record and a good client base in a Partner.

All partners will get the layout of our marketing tools. We will also keep you updated through regular mailers about our new initiatives and products.

We will train the Partner and his employees in the best possible way. We invest considerably in training to hand-hold you through the process and make you self-sufficient.

Our website and portal provides a plethora of data and reports which will help you analyze and take informed decisions

Yes. Every Partner needs to register with SEBI & the respective exchanges.

Yes. As a Remisier you can use our Infrastructure and still be a Partner. Also as an Agent you can sell our products to your clients. For more details you can call our Customer Care.

There is no lock-in period for a Partner. To discontinue association a Partner will have to give us a 30-day prior notice along with the exchange closure fee. Alternatively, we can also give a 30 day notice to a Partner and ask him to discontinue.
