We believe that Partners should have their own identity as well. Partners can market and represent themselves through Eureka Signage, Letterheads, Visiting cards, Products Brochures, Flyers, Banners, Standees and other marketing materials. However, all the marketing & promotional materials should be approved by us on design specifications by us and concerned authority (SEBI/Exchanges) for public domain.

Yes. All research reports are uploaded on MyEureka account of Partners and clients. Partners have all the assistance they need from us. Partners can contact us whenever they have any query. We also have a mobile application named as “EuTrend” for accessing research reports & information related to market.

Partners get a gamut of products and services to offer to its client, along with decades old Brand Name. Hence they can leverage on ‘Eureka’ brand and become successful almost immediately. All the services and back-end technology that Eureka has developed in its 25 years of existence will be available to its Partners

Being anAuthorised Person is not a necessary criterion to Partner with us. We look at the ability, motivation, experience in financial markets, a clean past record, and a good client base in a Partner

Yes. Every partner needs to get registered with the respective exchanges as an AP (Authorised Person)

Yes. Every Partner needs to register with SEBI & the respective exchanges.

There is no lock-in period for a Partner. To discontinue association a Partner will have to give us a 30-day prior notice along with the exchange closure fee. Alternatively, we can also give a 30-day notice to a Partner and ask him to discontinue.

The perspective applicants need to meet a below mentioned EUREKA Authorised Person Eligibility criteria:

  1. Candidate should be minimum 21 years old & should have cleared higher secondary passed
  2. He or she should have an understanding of stock market.
  3. The applicant should have a relevant experience of at least two years in stock trading / Financial Market
  4. Any certification course from financial/stock market would also be an add on.

Any entity (individual/body corporate) wishing to be a part of Eureka Group shall fulfil the following requirement before being appointed as Authorised Person:

  1. PAN and last 2 years ITR
  2. Address proof
  3. Education Proof (Minimum Higher secondary pass)
  4. Trade Licence
  5. Cancelled Cheque
  6. Minimum 2 years experience in stock market
  7. NISM certificate Series VIII for equity derivatives (For F&O segment)
  8. NISM certificate Series I for currency derivatives (For Currency Segment)
  9. NISM certificate Series XVI for commodity derivatives (For Commodity Segment)
  10. NISM certificate Series V-C for mutual fund distribution (For Mutual Fund segment)
  11. Security deposit – Negotiable
  12. Exchange Registration charges Rs. 2360/- per Exchange (For Mutual Segment charges not applicable)
